Biography:

Linda Gallant, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Communication Studies and Graduate Program Director at Emerson College in Boston, MA. Dr. Gallant investigates how social media impacts public communication with a focus on e-health. She has been published in Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication, Personal and Ubiquitous Computing, e-Service Journal, Qualitative Research Reports in Communication, DOXA Communication, First Monday, Management Communication Quarterly, and Academic Exchange Quarterly.
