Biography:
Adam Kaplin, MD, PhD, is affiliated with the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. At Johns Hopkins, he initiated efforts to develop an SMS-based system that would work on any mobile phone to track patients’ moods. Subsequently, Johns Hopkins and HealthCentral partnered to create a mood charting system using this technology called Mood 24/7.
