Biography:
Francis X. (Frank) McKee is a founding partner and President of St. Andrew Development, Inc., a health education and learning technology company. For the past 23 years Frank has directed St. Andrew in becoming a leader in developing health learning applications covering topics such as patient safety, cancer, tobacco use among youth and pregnant women, asthma, workplace wellness and homeland security. St. Andrew’s content, developed in conjunction with leading health organizations, is primarily directed towards underserved communities experiencing significant health outcome disparities.
Frank completed his undergraduate work at La Salle University majoring in economics and mathematics and completed postgraduate work at Temple University and Philadelphia University concentrating in information sciences. His work in system design and architecture encompassed the health, petrochemical and human services fields.
He is the founding member of the St. Andrew Institute, a research organization promoting the identification and proliferation of advanced learning technologies using technology melded with human kinetics.
He is the holder of letters of patents and sits on several local and regional boards.
