Regina Sih-Meynier, PharmD is a Group Manager within the US Medical Affairs Learning & Clinical Integration (LCI) Group, at Genentech. One of her roles is to create the shared decision making strategy for education within the LCI team to help close clinical care gaps. Prior to joining LCI, she was a Medical Communications Scientist for 5 years at Genentech. Previously, she spent 10 years as a clinical pharmacist in various settings including hospital oncology, hospital pediatric care, and, primarily, as an ambulatory care pharmacist/case manager in adult primary care at Kaiser Permanente in Fresno, California. Dr. Sih-Meynier was recruited to help decrease preventable hospital and emergency room visits through the launch of a new ambulatory pharmacy clinic in partnership with a nurse and social worker case management team. Additionally, she was recruited to help launch an inter-professional team in a new dementia clinic at Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek, California. She attended California State University, Fullerton for her undergraduate degree in Biology and University of California, San Francisco for her Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. She completed a General Pharmacy Practice Residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center.
